Refund Policy
Refund is possible within 24 hours provided that tokens have not been used.
Welcome tokens are credited to your Cumhub.ai account as a bonus and are intended solely for exploring the service's features. They are not monetary funds, cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn, or transferred to third parties. Unused welcome tokens are not compensated upon account deletion or suspension.
Refunds for completed generations on Cumhub.ai are not provided: tokens are debited when a generation starts, regardless of whether the result meets your expectations. Refunds for balance top-ups are also not provided. Cumhub.ai uses artificial intelligence technologies, and results may differ from what you expected. The service is provided on an "as is" basis: we do not guarantee the accuracy or conformity of results to your expectations and are not obligated to cancel or compensate for completed generations.
Order storage
Tokens have no expiration date. Materials are stored for a limited time.
Usage rules
- By using the service, you agree not to violate the rights of third parties.
- Do not copy or modify the service materials.
- Do not remove copyright notices.
- Do not distribute materials without permission.
- Do not use the service to disrupt the platform operation.
- Do not publish prohibited content.
- Comply with legislation.
- Do not use for spam.
- Do not violate the rights of other users.
Violations may lead to blocking.

Account suspension
In case of violation of the terms, we may block the account.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for force majeure circumstances.
