In accordance with our commitment to protecting user privacy, we do not store or track user payment card data.

User-generated content

Cumhub.ai disclaims all responsibility for the use of user-generated content on our website. Our services allow users to generate images through a free-choice process; however, we do not store, track, or assume responsibility for these user-generated images. The user who generates content retains absolute ownership and bears sole responsibility for its use or distribution, as well as any potential consequences thereof.

Intellectual property

The intellectual property in the materials contained on this website is owned by or licensed to Cumhub.ai and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Purchases, tokens, and refund policy

You have 24 hours after your payment to request a refund. A refund will not be issued if your request is made more than 24 hours after payment. A refund will be denied if you have used more than 20 tokens, regardless of the time elapsed. At Cumhub.ai, all purchases are one-time token purchases with no time restrictions on use. One credit or token allows you to generate one photo. If a purchase is refunded, any remaining tokens from that purchase will be removed during refund processing. If a dispute results in a chargeback, any remaining tokens from the disputed payment will be revoked.

Tokens, usage, and order retention

All purchased tokens have no expiration date and can be used at any time without time restrictions. Tokens remain in your account until fully used. Orders and related materials may be stored for 90 calendar days from creation, after which they may be permanently deleted without prior notice.

Usage limitations
